The Professional Latinas Alliance Network, Incorporated is a New Jersey Non-profit 501 (c) (3) Organization that believes that united we are stronger. As Latinos, we make up the fastest growing segment of new entrepreneurs in the United States. This gives us a great platform of opportunities with which we can better serve our communities and inspire collaboration. By building a strong professional network and standing together, we can impact the future of our youth.
Board of Directors
Mildred E. Rojas
holds the Office of President within the organization. She is a Certified Professional Educator. She has a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Interamericana University of Puerto Rico. In addition, she earned two minors: Latin American Studies and Educational Leadership. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. In 1997, she founded Goodseeds Administrative Services, LLC. A for profit small business that helps build self esteem in people and facilitates success of business endeavors. In her spare time, she writes poetry (in 1998 she published, Alisados) and song writer.
Livingston Benjamin holds the Office of Treasurer within the organization. He is a highly experienced and reputable business consultant that has helped establish more than 200 small business in the Camden County Area. He is the owner of Benjamin Consulting, LLC.
Delta Terrero holds the Office of Secretary within the organization. She is a social worker, mentor, community leader with many years of experience in the educational system. As leader within the Hispanic community she has been instumental in numerous community organizations.
Dr. Zulma X. Barrios is the organization's business consultant. She is Senior Advisor for Gallup University, Vice President of Women and Diversity Leadership for Gallup University.
She was instrumental in the creation of the National African-American
Women's Leadership Institute and the Asian Pacific American Women's
Leadership Institute.
